Fertilizing is very important all summer long. Monthly granular applications are a must. Additional applications of water soluble fertilizer as a drench is recommended for large blooms. It is getting too hot to hybridize. Details on all of these topics will be discussed at the monthly meetings of the Lone Star Chapter. From March through October of each year, the Lone Star Chapter meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:30 PM. The address of the Houston Garden Center is 1500 Hermann Drive in Hermann Park. |
